PREP YOUR CLOTH
Machine wash or soak before first use. When ready, soak in warm water until fully saturated — the warmth opens the fibres and primes the cloth for deep cleansing.

EYES FIRST
For eye makeup and mascara, press the soaked cloth gently against closed lashes and hold for 10 seconds. The soak releases the bond. Wipe clean without tugging.

CLEANSE YOUR FACE
Work the cloth across your face in gentle circular motions — forehead, cheeks, nose, chin. No pressure needed. The microfibre does the work. Rinse and repeat if wearing heavy product.

RINSE THE CLOTH
Rinse by hand under running water after each use. Machine wash every 3–4 days. Air dry only — no tumble dryer.

Does this actually remove full-coverage foundation?
Yes — and waterproof products too. The key is a fully soaked cloth and warm water to open the fibres. Work in gentle circular motions and the microfibre lifts pigment at a level no cotton pad can match. Most people are surprised the first time.
How long before I notice a difference in my skin?

Is it safe to use on sensitive or reactive skin?

What's the difference between the colours?
